1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Farin platform and related services (the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Farin Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• –Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• –All activity occurring under your account
• –Ensuring users within your organization comply with these Terms

You must promptly notify Farin of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• –Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• –Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• –Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
• –Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law

Farin may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

4. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Services ("Customer Data").

You grant Farin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and supporting the Services, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Customer Data.

5. Platform Ownership and Intellectual Property

Farin and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, workflows, designs, trademarks, and documentation.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

• –The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• –Farin may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
• –Farin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Termination

• –You may stop using the Services at any time.
• –Farin may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• –Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Farin's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Farin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Farin may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
